All Branches are Closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Anzac Day (25 Apr) and Australia Day Observed Public Holiday (28 Jan).
All rentals picking up or dropping off on Boxing Day (26 Dec 2013) will incur an additional AUD 100 surcharge.
Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney:
- 01 Sep 2013 – 30 Apr 2014 8am to 4.30pm seven days a week
- 01 May 2013 – 31 Aug 2013 10am to 4pm CLOSED Sundays
Cairns:
- 01 May 2013 – 31 Oct 2013 8am to 4.30pm seven days a week
- 01 Nov 2013 – 30 Apr 2014 10am to 4pm CLOSED Sundays

Public Holiday Surcharge
A NZD 50 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on National public Holidays:

- Labour Day (28 Oct 2013)
- Boxing Day (26 Dec 2013)
