Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations
Reservations can be made up to 7 days prior to departure. Africa Unlimited Safaris however are very popular and reservations should be made well in advance.
Please fill in the Blue Travel Reservation Request (Standard | Secure) including the first eight (8) digits of your credit card number.
Blue Travel prefers reservations via the Internet. But you may also print out the reservation form and fax it to one of our worldwide offices:

Our Reservations staff will respond promptly to your inquiries and provide booking confirmations within 72 hours. The answer includes your reservation file number and the total amount due.
The reservation becomes final as soon as we receive the missing digits of your credit card number. If you fail to submit full credit card details within 72 hours after we sent your confirmation, we may cancel your reservation at any time.
TopPayment
Africa Unlimited Safaris accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. A deposit of 20% of the tour price is required at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
The remainder has to be paid at least 30 days in advance. If there are less than 30 days between your reservation and the departure of your tour, the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
Any credit card payment which cannot be authorized for any reason may result in a cancellation of the booking.
Change of Existing Reservations
If you need to change an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
If you inform us about a change of your booking more than 30 days ahead of commencement of services, a fee of ZAR 750 per vehicle will apply. If your e-mail reaches us less than 30 days prior to commencement of services, any alterations will be treated as a complete cancellation with a following new booking.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible. You may also cancel your reservation by sending a fax to one of our worldwide offices:

Any cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing (fax, letter, e-mail) through Blue Travel. This reconfirmation will include the date and time we have received the cancellation and the fees involved. Your credit card will be used to both debit or credit the final amounts.
Cancellation Fees:
- Until Blue Travel has received your final acceptance on the booking (no more than 7 days from initial booking):
No charge. - Until 60 days before departure:
ZAR 750 per vehicle. - If cancelled from 59 to 34 days before departure:
20% of the tour price. - If cancelled from 33 to 18 days before departure:
40% of the tour price. - If cancelled 17 days or less before departure or a No Show:
80% of the tour price.
- Customers who fail to arrive on departure day or decline vehicle at departure day for whatever reason are considered as a departure day cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason what so ever, should a client decide to cut short their trip.
