Reservations
Reservations can be made up to 4 days prior to commencement of your proposed journey. CanaDream RV Rentals however are very popular and reservations should be made well in advance.
Please fill in the Blue Travel Reservation Request (Standard Form | Secure Form) including the first eight (8) digits of your credit card number.
Blue Travel prefers reservations via the Internet. But you may also print out the reservation form and fax it to one of our worldwide offices:

Our Reservations staff will respond promptly to your inquiries and provide booking confirmations within 72 hours. The answer includes your reservation file number and the total amount due.
The reservation becomes final as soon as we receive the missing digits of your credit card number. If you fail to submit full credit card details within 72 hours after we sent your confirmation, we may cancel your reservation at any time.
TopPayment
CanaDream RV Rentals accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB or Diner's Club. All renters must possess a valid credit card at the time of pick up. A deposit of CAD 500 is required at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure. If there are less than 30 days between your reservation and the commencement of your rental, the total amount (rental charges and other prepaid items) is due at the time of reservation.
Any credit card payment which cannot be authorized for any reason may result in a cancellation of the booking.
Change of Existing Reservations
If you need to change an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
If you inform us about a change of your booking more than 33 days before departure, a fee of CAD 100 will apply. If your e-mail reaches us less than 33 days before departure, any alterations will be treated as a complete cancellation with a following new booking.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.

Any cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing (fax, letter, e-mail) through Blue Travel. This reconfirmation will include the date and time we have received the cancellation and the fees involved. Your credit card will be used to both debit or credit the final amounts.
Cancellation Fees:
- Booked and cancelled within 5 days is "No Charge" when departure date is greater than 33 days from booking date.
- Any bookings cancelled within 33 days prior to departure are subject to our cancellation policy below.
- Over 48 days before departure: CAD 100.
- 47 - 18 days before departure: CAD 500.
- 17 - 11 days before departure: CAD 750
- 10 days - departure day / no shows: 100% of the total charges.
- Sorry, there are no refunds for early returns or unused kilometers.
