Included in Rental Rate:

• 24 hour motorcycle rental
• All rental motorcycles come equipped with saddle bags for storage of personal items.
• Transfers for rentals 3 days or more and within a 7 mile radius of EagleRider.

Not included in Rental Rate:

• All miles
• Fuel and Oil costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Sales Tax is not included in the rental/mileage rates. Sales Tax is subject to change by law.

Mileage Charges

EagleRider rental rates offer two convenient options to choose from:

• Per mile charge at USD 0.39 per mile
• Unlimited mileage with a surcharge of USD 39 per day.
  Must be pre-paid - please note upon reservation.

Trikes come with 200 free miles per day. No unlimited mileage. Additional miles are USD 0.39 plus tax collected on drop off.

Payment of Rental

A non-refundable deposit of USD 100 is required at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking. One and two day rentals require full payment at the time of reservation.

Daily rental rates and unlimited mileage (if selected) plus environmental surcharge and tax have to be paid at least 30 days in advance. If there are less than 30 days between your reservation and the commencement of your rental, the total amount is due at the time of reservation. All other charges to be paid at pickup.

EagleRider has the right to cancel a client booking at any time if full payment is not received.

EagleRider has the right to adjust (+ or –) taxes or insurance if mandated by government or insurance carrier.

Upon availability one-way trips are possible between all stations for a one-way fee (based upon distance between each office location) as specified below:

Rental Locations and Business Hours

Rental Location Business Hours change frequently. Many locations open Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 17:00 hours. Others may be closed on weekends or any day during the week. Some have extended business hours, open later or close earlier depending on the local situation. Pick-up and drop-off dates and times are only guaranteed for confirmed bookings, not quotes. Please do not book your flights or hotels before you received your booking confirmation.

All EagleRider locations are closed on statutory holidays.

Pickup, Return & Late Charges

• Pick-Up Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. Clients are required to telephone the EagleRider Rental Station on the morning of the pick-up day to schedule their transfer and pick-up time. Pick-ups are not honored after 4:30pm.
  • Nashville, Atlanta, El Paso & Dallas open at 1:00PM every Sunday. Rentals are allowed on Sundays, only after 1:00PM
  • Fort Lauderdale, Stuart, Phoenix, San Diego, Tecumseh & Cement City open at 11:00AM - 3:00PM every Sunday.
• Return Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up. No refunds for early motorcycle returns are granted, however a rain check will be provided for a future EagleRider rental.
• Late Charge: A USD 25 per hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is returned late from scheduled drop off time.

Free Transfers

Complimentary transfers are provided for clients from locations that are within a 7 Mile Radius from the EagleRider Rental Station. Following terms must apply: 1.) Transfer is arranged by EagleRider; 2.) Booking is 3 days or longer. Clients are required to telephone the EagleRider Rental Station on the morning of the pick-up day to schedule their transfer and pick-up time.

Customer Orientation

Every client will receive a full orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the client's maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.

Storage

EagleRider will provide storage for client luggage, airline tickets, and other valuables free of charge, however at clients' risk.

Credit Cards

EagleRider accept VISA and MasterCard.

Helmets (Included in Daily Rental Rate)

Helmets are provided with motorcycle rentals and tours. Clients are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort and style reasons. In addition, helmets may be purchased at many of EagleRider's rental stations.

Motorcycle Substitutions

EagleRider reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental Client. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to, delay in manufacture fleet delivery, mechanical failure, collision damage and theft. Should EagleRider not be able to provide confirmed motorcycle, a similar or better model will be provided to the Client. This constitutes the maximum liability of EagleRider.

Fuel

Fuel costs are client’s responsibility. Client will receive motorcycle with a Full Tank of fuel and is responsible to return the motorcycle with a full tank of fuel. If Client doesn’t return the motorcycle with a Full Tank, client will be subject to a USD 25 refueling charge. Client has the option at pick-up of rental to purchase a Pre-Paid Fuel Option for USD 20 and can return the motorcycle empty.

Maintenance Responsibility

The customer is responsible for checking engine oil levels at each refueling and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Driver Requirements

All drivers must be 21 years or older, and must posses a valid drivers license that qualifies him/her to operate a motorcycle or Trike in the country, state or province of origin. GERMAN 1A Licenses are accepted at all EagleRider locations. Please note upon reservation.

Road Restrictions

Violation of listed restrictions voids all VIP Theft & Damage Waivers and client will be held liable for damages.

• Road Restriction: Rental motorcycles are not allowed on gravel roads, beaches, "logging" or other non-public roads.
• Mexico Restriction: Clients cannot enter Mexico.
• Death Valley WARNING: Entering Death Valley during the months of June - August, is considered a high risk due to extreme weather conditions. Clients travel during the listed months, travel at their own risk.

Security Deposits

A security deposit of USD 1,000 - USD 500 - USD 300 - USD 100 will be taken at pick-up (Authorization Only). The amount depends upon which VIP Insurance is purchased. Security deposit must be processed via a credit card or traveler checks. EagleRider Motorcycle Rental is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

EagleRider Insurance Terms and Conditions

EagleRider, Inc. maintains a minimum of USD 3 million of liability insurance coverage at all US locations. Coverage's vary at International locations. All insurance, coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for injury, personal property, or damage as the result of negligence such as illegal use or use of rental while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Before deciding whether to purchase any of the offerings listed below, Renter may wish to determine whether his/her/its own automobile insurance or credit card agreement provides coverage for rental vehicle damage or loss and determine the amount of the deductible under his/her/its own insurance coverage. The purchase of any Theft and Damage Waiver is not mandatory. The VIP, E-VIP or E-VIP-ZERO Theft and Damage Waiver are vacation interruption protection and are not insurance.

     Renter is provided up to USD 75/day for a replacement rental + refund of daily rate.

     Covers tire repair / labor. Towing is not covered.

4. E-VIP-ZERO - USD 29 per day
   E-VIP-ZERO is only available at participating locations and for rental periods of at least 3 days. At any time prior to Renter picking-up a Vehicle, EagleRider, at its sole discretion and for any reason, may cancel any E-VIP-ZERO protection purchased by a Renter. Upon any such cancellation, unless otherwise notified by the Renter, in writing, the Renter shall be deemed to have elected to purchase the E-VIP protection described above and EagleRider shall refund to Renter the difference between the costs of the two protections.
   • Damage to Motorcycle (*1)
     Renter pays USD 0
   • Theft of Motorcycle (*2)
     Renter pays up to USD 1000 per occurrence
   • Breakdown Protection (*3)
     Renter is provided up to USD 100/day for a replacement rental + refund of daily rate.
   • Flat Tire Coverage
     Covers tire repair / labor. Towing is covered up to an amount of USD 100 per occurrence.
   • Security Deposit for Blue Travel Bookings:
     USD 100

(*1) Includes any and all accidental damage to motorcycle and motorcycle accessories
(*2) Includes Theft of Motorcycle and motorcycle accessories provided motorcycle was locked with all locks supplied by rental company. Does NOT include personal belongings left on motorcycle or in saddlebags.
(*3) In the event of a mechanical breakdown requiring the motorcycle to be in repair for more than 12 hours. Flat tires do not constitute a breakdown:

NOTICE: If accepted and paid for by renters, the additional liability insurance coverage will be excess over any applicable insurance available to such parties or any other operator, from any other source; whether primary, excess, secondary or contingent in any way. Said additional coverage will be provided under a separate policy of excess liability insurance generally described in the brochure provided to Renter prior to his execution of this Insurance & Damage Waiver Addendum and is subject to all of the conditions and limitations described in Paragraphs 13 and 14 of the Agreement entered into concurrently herewith by the Rental Company and Renter (the “Agreement”); provided, however, that notwithstanding anything contained in the Agreement to the contrary, in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms of such policies for additional liability insurance coverage and the brochure and/or the Agreement, the terms of such policies shall be deemed controlling and shall supersede the terms of the brochure and/or the Agreement, which brochure and Agreement shall be deemed amended so as to be consistent with the terms of such policies. The parties executing this Insurance & Damage Waiver Addendum acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree that they have had sufficient opportunity to review the brochure and policies. Except as noted above, all insurance, coverage, waivers and/or vacation interruption protection are subject to the express terms and conditions of the Agreement and, without limitation to the foregoing, do not include coverage for injury, personal property, or damage as the result of any violation of the terms of the Agreement and/or the commission of any Prohibited Acts (as defined in the Agreement). A police report is required for all damages or accidents. All damages to rented motorcycle without a police report is considered Renter’s fault.

Optional Insurance

SLI - $1,000,000 Supplemental Liability Insurance - USD 24.95 per day

SLI provides Supplemental third-party liability insurance at limits excess of state-required minimum financial responsibility limits, in an amount equal to $1,000,000.00 (one million) less the Required Minimum Amount as specified in Paragraph 13 of the Agreement attached and any other valid and collectible insurance. SLI is supplemental and secondary to all other available insurance where permitted by law. Customer accepts SLI in accordance with the renter’s certificate and the SLI policy, available for review upon request.

SLI - $300,000 Supplemental Liability Insurance - USD 18.95 per day

SLI provides Supplemental third-party liability insurance at limits excess of state-required minimum financial responsibility limits, in an amount equal to $300,000.00 (three hundred thousand) less the Required Minimum Amount as specified in Paragraph 13 of the Agreement attached and any other valid and collectible insurance.The Limit of $300,000.00 is for third party (non-passenger) claims and is excess to all other valid, applicable and collectible insurances, including but not limited to personal motorcycle, personal auto, credit card coverage and primary insurance policies held by the rental company. Coverage is limited to $10,000.00 for property damage liability claims. This policy excludes coverage for passenger liability, where applicable by law, and provides a maximum limit of $10,000.00 in all other jurisdictions. Customer accepts SLI in accordance with the renter’s certificate and the SLI policy, available for review upon request.

Your own personal motorcycle insurance or credit card coverage may provide some of the optional coverage listed above. Please check with them before you purchase to avoid duplicative coverage.
