MAUI Standard Rental Rates include:
- Unlimited kilometres
- Living equipment
- Full water tank and gas bottle(s)
- Roadside assistance
- Road Map
- Camping Guide
- VAT (14% South Africa, 15% Namibia)
- Standard CDW with ZAR 30,000 bond
Rates are subject to change in accordance with changes to government taxes.
Additional Charges
- One-way fees between all locations: ZAR/NAD 3,500
- Namibia pickup / drop off surcharge: ZAR/NAD 2,500
- Botswana / Zimbabwe / Zambia pickup / drop off surcharge: ZAR 4,000
- Airport / hotel transfer ZAR/NAD 300 (40 km radius, one-way)
- Public holiday / Sunday surcharge ZAR/NAD 350
- Toilet cleaning fee ZAR/NAD 350
- Additional driver fee ZAR/NAD 65 per driver
- Full fuel tank - cost plus 10% administration fee
- Gas bottle refill - ZAR/NAD 165 per bottle
BRITZ Inclusive Rental Rates include:
- Standard rate inclusions PLUS
- CDW 3 - This option reduces the Bond to ZERO
CDW 3 covers the following:- All costs associated with the towing and recovery of the vehicle
- Repair/replacement costs for windscreen
- Replacement or repair costs to 1 tyre and rim
- Accident damage / overhead and underbody damage
- Repair costs to radio/cassette/CD player
- Additional driver fee
- Sunday / Public Holiday surcharge
