1. Rental Charges

1.1 Fleet

Valid until 31 Mar 2009:

Model years and registrations:
All motorhomes are model year 2006 - 2009.

Valid 01 Apr 2009 to 31 Mar 2010:

Model years and registrations:
All motorhomes are model year 2008 - 2010.

1.2 Calculation of Invoices

• The calculation of rental days in all seasons will be determined on a "per night" basis as is standard practice in the hotel and tourism industry. The pick-up day is counted as the first rental day, and there is no charge for the last rental day on which the vehicle is being returned.
• MOTURIS RV & Camping World and Blue Travel will not honor calculation errors. Should a calculation error occur MOTURIS RV & Camping World will charge for the shortfall.

1.3 Mileage Plans

Valid until 31 Mar 2009:

• The daily rental rate includes convenient 60 free miles per day.
• Upgrade to 100 free miles per day ( = 40 addl. miles):
  Add USD 15.00 per day incl. sales tax for E-22, F-25 and R-25.
  Add USD 16.00 per day incl. sales tax for J-29, V-31S and K-32S.
• Upgrade to 150 free miles per day ( = 90 addl. miles):
  Add USD 31.00 per day incl. sales tax for E-22, F-25 and R-25.
  Add USD 36.00 per day incl. sales tax for J-29, V-31S and K-32S.
• Upgrade to 200 free miles per day ( = 140 addl. miles):
  Add USD 48.00 per day incl. sales tax for E-22, F-25 and R-25.
  Add USD 56.00 per day incl. sales tax for J-29, V-31S and K-32S.
• No refund for unused miles.
• Additional miles are charged at USD 0.32 per mile plus sales tax for E-22, F-25 and R-25.
  For J-29, V-31S and K-32S addl. miles are USD 0.38 per mile plus sales tax .

Valid 01 Apr 2009 to 31 Mar 2010:

• The daily rental rate includes convenient 60 free miles per day.
• Upgrade to 100 free miles per day ( = 40 addl. miles):
  Add USD 16.00 per day incl. sales tax
• Upgrade to 150 free miles per day ( = 90 addl. miles):
  Add USD 35.00 per day incl. sales tax.
• Upgrade to 200 free miles per day ( = 140 addl. miles):
  Add USD 51.00 per day incl. sales tax.
• Upgrade to unlimited mileage:
  Add USD 99.00 per day incl. sales tax. Minimum rental for unlimited miles is 13 days. Preparation fee and convenience kits are included free of charge.
• No refund for unused miles.
• Additional miles are charged at USD 0.40 per mile plus local sales tax.

1.4 Minimum Rental

• Minimum Rental is 3 days,
  7 days between 29 Jun and 06 Sep 2009.

2. Additional Charges

2.1 One Way Bookings

Valid  until 31 Mar 2009:

• One way rentals are available between the rental stations:
  Boston, Chicago, Denver, Miami / Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco.
• No one way charges between 01 Nov 2008 and 31 Mar 2009.

Valid 01 Apr 2009 to 31 Mar 2010:

• One way rentals are available between all 22 rental stations.
• No one way charges between 01 Nov 2009 and 31 Mar 2010.

2.2 Northern Travel Supplement

All rental vehicles traveling to Alaska, the Northwest Territories or the Yukon are permitted and must be confirmed in advance. A USD 450 prepaid non-refundable supplement is required.

2.3 Preparation Fee

This is a mandatory one-time charge per vehicle per booking. It is applicable to all bookings without exception.

• USD 189 per rental, applicable to all rentals
• Additional weekend surcharge from 01 Apr to 30 Sep:
  USD 60 per rental for pickups on Saturdays and Mondays

The Preparation Fee covers:

• The Standard Kit per Vehicle:
  Operator's Manual, Campground Guide, Road Atlas, KOA Atlas, KOA Discount Card, Water Hose, Sewer Hose, 110V Adapter, Flash-Light & Batteries, First Aid Kit, Screwdriver (upon request) and Fire Extinguisher
• First tank of propane
• First supply of toilet chemicals
• Vehicle outside cleaning
• Pickup/drop-off transfers at selected rental stations

There are no refunds for unused propane and toilet chemicals and there are no refunds if customers do not meet the transfer rules and did not take the advantage of transfers or if customers decide to do own transfer at their own cost.

2.4 Convenience Kits

Convenience Kits are USD 70 per person / per rental.

Note: All tableware (plates etc.) are non-plastic and are made of Corning/Corelle China or equivalent.

2.5 Mountain Bike Rentals

Valid until 31 Mar 2009:

MOTURIS RV & Camping World offer bicycle rentals at all locations. We have one-size (adult) mountain bikes available. We have one-size (adult) mountain bikes available. We offer a 2-bike carrier or a 4-bike carrier with 2 or 4 mountain bikes per carrier. If customers want to bring their own bikes, carriers can be rented. The prices for carriers only are the same as for carriers with bikes. Bike rentals are also available with one-way motorhome rentals.

• USD 125 per trip for 2 Mountain Bikes and Carrier
• USD 220 per trip for 4 Mountain Bikes and Carrier

Please note that in several U.S. states, the use of helmets is mandatory for bicycle riders. MOTURIS RV & Camping World does not provide any bicycle helmets for rent.

MOTURIS RV & Camping World offer bicycle rentals at all locations. We have one-size (adult) mountain bikes available. We have one-size (adult) mountain bikes available. 2.6 Taxes

All rates are subject to the following taxes: Taxes are subject to change without notice.

2.7 Additional Equipment

To be requested at time of reservation and paid by customer on pick up:

• Baby Seat - USD 39 per rental
• Snow Chains - USD 35 per rental
• Camping Chair - USD 9 per rental
• Toaster - USD 6 per rental
• GPS System - USD 10 per day or a maximum of USD 140 per rental

2.8 Generators

Valid until 31 Mar 2009:

A generator is only available for Motorhome R-25, Motorhome J-29, Motorhome V-31S and Motorhome K-32S.

Optional Generator Use is USD 3 per hour or USD 12 per day.

Valid 01 Apr 2009 to 31 Mar 2010:

Optional Generator Use for all vehicles is USD 3 per hour or USD 15 per day.

2.9 Toronto & Vancouver Transfers

Transfer Buffalo-Toronto / Burlington-Vancouver
USD 80.00 transfer charge
USD 6.00 border crossing fee per person (payable at the time of boarder crossing)
Transfers must be reserved a minimum of 2 weeks prior pick-up!

2.10 President's Club / Good Sam Membership

Valid 01 Apr 2009 to 31 Mar 2010:

A free 60 day membership for the President's Club and Good Sam Club come with each rental.

Benefits are:

• Free Technical Service Hotline
• Minimum 10% Discount on nightly rates at one 1700+ Good Sam Parks
• Minimum 10% Discount on all Camping World Store Purchases
