Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations
Reservations can be made up to 4 days prior to commencement of your proposed rental. MOTURIS RV & Camping World campervans and motorhomes however are very popular and reservations should be made well in advance.
Please fill in the Blue Travel Reservation Request (Standard Form | Secure Form) including the first eight (8) digits of your credit card number.
Blue Travel prefers reservations via the Internet. But you may also print out the reservation form and fax it to one of our worldwide offices:

Our Reservations staff will respond promptly to your inquiries via e-mail or fax and provide a booking confirmation within 72 hours (subject to availability). This provisional confirmation includes your reservation file number and the total amount due.
Please note:
MOTURIS RV & Camping World may cancel provisional reservations at any time without notice.
As soon as we receive the missing digits of your credit card number, MOTURIS RV & Camping World will try to collect the amount due from your card to guarantee your booking. We will keep you informed and send a note once your reservation is guaranteed.
TopPayment
MOTURIS RV & Camping World accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
The following charges must always be prepaid:
- Rental days
- Mileage upgrades
- Premium package
Sales tax applies to all prepaid charges. All other charges (e. g. one way charges, preparation fee, convenience kits, VIP insurance, mountain bikes, baby/child seats, ...) will be collected on pickup.
At the time of reservation a deposit of 10% (minimum USD 100) is required to guarantee the booking. The remainder will be automatically collected from your credit card 30 days prior to pick-up. If there are less than 30 days between your reservation and the commencement of your rental, the total amount (rental days and other prepaid items) is due at the time of reservation.
Any credit card payment which cannot be authorized for any reason may result in a cancellation of the booking.
Change of Existing Reservations
If you need to change an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
Any change requiring an amended confirmation is subject to a USD 30 handling fee.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
You may also cancel your reservation by sending a fax to one of our worldwide offices:

Any cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing (fax, letter, e-mail) through Blue Travel. This reconfirmation will include the date and time we have received the cancellation and the fees involved. Your credit card will be used to both debit or credit the final amounts.
MOTURIS RV & Camping World ensures the validity of each guaranteed reservation. Therefore strict cancellation charges apply for guaranteed reservations.
These Cancellation Fees are:
- If cancelled up to 32 days prior to pickup: 10% of total charges (minimum USD 100)
- If cancelled from 31 to 18 days prior to pickup: 50% of total charges
- If cancelled from 17 to 1 days prior to pickup: 75% of total charges
- Departure day and no shows: 100% of total charges
- No shows: Customers who fail to arrive on departure day or decline vehicle at departure day for whatever reason are considered as a departure day cancellation (no show) and will be charged 100% of total charges.
- One-way charges for confirmed one-way bookings: For one way rental cancellations the full one way drop-off charge plus taxes will be added to the regular cancellation charges.
- No refunds are made for early returns or unused portion of rentals.
Blue Travel strongly recommends that you take out travel insurance which includes cancellation insurance.
