Most hotels in the United States and Canada offer 1 or 2 beds in a room when confirming a single, double or twin, and 2 beds for triple or quad bookings. Please be advised that there are no rooms with 3 or 4 beds. A 'Triple' or 'Quad' is a room with two double beds (135 cm - 250 cm in width) accommodating three or four people. Additional bedding, such as a rollaway or baby cot, can be requested and paid for directly at the hotel by the client (approx. USD 15 to USD 20), subject to availability.
A maximum of two children up to the age indicated are free when sharing a room and existing bedding with two paying adults, unless otherwise noted. Discounts on transfers and excursions are on request. Child policies are subject to change.
Most hotels have smoking and non-smoking rooms. Any requests will be passed on to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed. This policy applies to other special requests as well; namely rooms with a specific location, connecting rooms or rooms specially outfitted for handicapped clients.
All rates, including Canadian hotels and services, are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Hotel rates are per room, per night and include all taxes. Tax rates are subject to change. Any tax increase may be added to published rates without prior notice.
Special Internet rates do not apply to groups and to bookings during black-out periods. If your reservation reaches us less than 17 days prior to the arrival date, the published Special Internet rates are subject to availability depending on the hotel occupancy. At this time, the hotel may only offer a higher rack rate excluding taxes.
Claims for refunds and adjustments must be made within 30 days of completion of passengers itinerary. All disputes must be accompanied by full details and documentation in order to be duly processed. For all refunds or adjustments, the dollar value of a refund may never be more (and may be less) than the original cost of the service. No refunds will be made for any unused services of any confirmed itinerary or tour.
Blue Travel and New World Travel, Inc. act as agents, and therefore shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel owner, manager or employee. Blue Travel and New World Travel, Inc. accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, bus, ship, airplanes or other services, sickness, weather, war, quarantine or other causes.
