Hotel Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations
Reservations can be made up to 7 days prior to your proposed arrival date. The published Special Internet Rates are subject to availability depending on the hotel occupancy. The hotel may only offer a higher rack rate plus tax.
Please fill in the Blue Travel Reservation Request (Standard Form | Secure Form) including the first eight (8) digits of your credit card number.
Blue Travel prefers reservations via the Internet. But you may also print out the reservation form and fax it to one of our worldwide offices:

Our Reservations staff will respond promptly to your enquiries and provide booking confirmations within 72 hours (96 hours over the weekend). The answer includes your reservation file number and the total amount due.
The reservation becomes final as soon as we receive the missing digits of your credit card number. If you fail to submit full credit card details within 72 hours after we sent your confirmation, we may cancel your reservation at any time.
TopHandling Fee
All reservations are subject to a USD 20 non refundable handling fee. However, this handling fee is waived, if the total amount of your Blue Travel bookings exceed USD 300.
Payment
New World Travel accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. Full payment is required at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Any credit card payment which cannot be authorized for any reason may result in a cancellation of the booking.
Change of Existing Reservations
If you need to change an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
Any modification once the booking is confirmed is subject to a modification fee. Unless otherwise indicated, New World Travel charges a fee of USD 20 per modified hotel or service plus any other fees charged by suppliers.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
You may also cancel your reservation by sending a fax to one of our worldwide offices:

Any cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing (fax, letter, e-mail) through Blue Travel. This reconfirmation will include the date and time we have received the cancellation and the fees involved. Your credit card will be used to both debit or credit the final amounts.
Cancellation Fees:
Upon confirmation of booking we will notify you about the hotel’s cancellation policy. In general, hotels listed in this website do not charge a cancellation fee if notification is received at least 4 working days (USA) prior to arrival. If cancellation is received after the date stated on the confirmation you will be billed for any fees charged by the supplier. In addition, the following fees are charged:
- Until Blue Travel has received your final acceptance of the booking (no more than 7 days from initial booking): No charge.
- Until 46 days prior to arrival USD 20.
- Within 45 days prior to arrival USD 40 per room, per hotel.
