Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations
Reservations can be made up to 4 days prior to commencement of your proposed journey. Road Bear RV rentals however are very popular and reservations should be made well in advance.
Please fill in the Blue Travel Reservation Request (Standard Form | Secure Form) including the first eight (8) digits of your credit card number.
Blue Travel prefers reservations via the Internet. But you may also print out the reservation form and fax it to one of our worldwide offices:

Our Reservations staff will respond promptly to your inquiries and provide booking confirmations within 72 hours. If a vehicle is not available we will offer an alternative if possible. The answer includes your reservation file number and the total amount due.
The reservation becomes final as soon as we receive the missing digits of your credit card number. If you fail to submit full credit card details within 72 hours after we sent your confirmation, we may cancel your reservation at any time.
TopPayment
Road Bear RV accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA and American Express. All renters must possess a valid credit card.
At the time of reservation a non-refundable deposit of USD 350 is required to guarantee the booking. The remainder is due 30 days prior to departure. If there are less than 30 days between your reservation and the commencement of your rental, the total amount (rental charges and other prepaid items) is due at the time of reservation.
Any credit card payment which cannot be authorized for any reason may result in a cancellation of the booking.
For payments USD 4700.00 and over, credit cards are not accepted, this includes multiple, as well as group bookings. These payments must be made via:
- check (in U.S. currency; checks must be drawn on a North American bank payable to Road Bear RV) or
- wire transfer directly into the Road Bear RV bank account. Bank service charges are the customer's responsibility. Full bank details will be provided in your booking confirmation.
If payments are not received when due, Road Bear RV reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s). No exceptions please.
Change of Existing Reservations
If you need to change an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
If you inform us about a change of your booking more than 33 days before departure, a fee of USD 60 will apply. If your e-mail reaches us less than 33 days before departure, any alterations will be treated as a complete cancellation with a following new booking.
The Early Bird Discount will be adjusted to the level valid at the time of name, date, vehicle or location changes.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
You may also cancel your reservation by sending a fax to one of our worldwide offices:

Any cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing (fax, letter, e-mail) through Blue Travel. This reconfirmation will include the date and time we have received the cancellation and the fees involved. Your credit card will be used to both debit or credit the final amounts.
Cancellation Fees:
- Until Blue Travel has received your final acceptance on the booking (no more than 5 days from initial booking): No charge.
- Until 63 calendar days or more prior to rental date: USD 350
- 62 to 33 calendar days prior to rental date: 20% of the nightly rental charge plus one-way fee if applicable
- 32 to 18 calendar days prior to rental date: 50% of the nightly rental charge plus one-way fee if applicable
- 17 to 0 calendar days prior to rental date: 100% of the nightly rental charge plus one-way fee if applicable
No refund will be given for delayed pick ups / early returns, unused mileage or for “no shows”.
