ARRIVAL DAY
12h00Arrive at Sabi Sabi where welcoming refreshments and cocktails will be served. After drinks, your group can sign the register and the housekeepers will assist you with your luggage and take you to your suites.

13h00A sumptuous buffet lunch is served on the dining veranda.
14h00Afternoon at leisure, guests can relax next to our pool, have a siesta, or browse around our Curio shop.
Wedding Program: to be reviewed with the Bride, Bridegroom and Lodge Manager)
16h00The blast of a kudu horn will announce that afternoon tea is being served on the patio.
16h30With cooler boxes of your favorite drinks on board the Land Rovers, you will set off into the bush on an exciting safari.
18h00At sunset, your rangers will stop off in the bush, where you will have a chance to enjoy your refreshing drinks, soak up the amazing silence and watch the sun sink into the dusty horizon, splashing the skies with incredible colors.
(We suggest that the sundowner be an individual affair so as to add to the experience, however should you wish to have a joint affair please let us know)
At dusk you may hear the distinctive regular call of the miniature Scops owl, the laughing of hyenas and the grunts of distant lions. When it is dark enough, you set off again, now feeling thoroughly relaxed. The trackers will sweep the bush with a powerful spotlight and will point out the nocturnal wildlife.
20h00The game rangers will return you to your lodge where you will have a chance to freshen up and meet in the cosy bar for a pre-dinner drink.
20h30The blast of a kudu horn will announce dinner in the open-air, reed enclosed boma, under the stars, around a roaring log fire. After a sumptuous meal, you may want to draw your chairs closer to the fire and enjoy a warming cognac brandy, while swapping tales of the bush with the rangers.

SECOND DAY
05h00A wake-up call.
05h30Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served on the patio, followed by a safari.
09h00A sumptuous South African breakfast will be served, including freshly baked breads and a variety of jams and preserves from the Lowveld region.
10h00Bridal beauty session - pedicure, manicure. Please see our Wedding Options and Touches for costs and additional services.
Guided Bush walk, the remaining guests will learn about the wonderful bird, animal, plant life in and around the lodge as well as how to track animals.
13h00A buffet lunch will be served on the safari terrace.
Should the Bride and Bridegroom wish to have lunch in their suite, this can be arranged on request
14h00Bride beauty session continues: make-up, hairdressing and final touches.
15h30Depart for wedding venue.

18h00Your Sundowner Safari will depart once again on yet another unforgettable safari. Maybe you will have the opportunity of sighting the elusive leopard on the hunt after dark! Look out for the Milky Way, it's really spectacular seen from the bush and try to find the Southern Cross, too!

20h00You will arrive at an area out in the bush where tables have been set for an unforgettable Bush Braai (Barbecue) out in the wilds of the African veld.
