Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations
Reservations can be made up to 5 days prior to commencement of your proposed journey. Sabi Sabi however is very popular and reservations should be made well in advance.
Please fill in the Blue Travel Reservation Request (Standard Form | Secure Form) including the first eight (8) digits of your credit card number.
Blue Travel prefers reservations via the Internet. But you may also print out the reservation form and fax it to one of our worldwide offices:

Our Reservations staff will respond promptly to your inquiries and provide booking confirmations within 72 hours. The answer includes your reservation file number and the total amount due.
The reservation becomes final as soon as we receive the missing digits of your credit card number. If you fail to submit full credit card details within 72 hours after we sent your confirmation, we may cancel your reservation at any time.
TopPayment
Sabi Sabi accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Diners Club. A deposit of 25% (plus a 5% handling fee on the aggregate of the invoice) is required at the time of booking to guarantee the booking. The remainder is payable 48 days before arrival. If there are less than 48 days between your reservation and arrival, the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
Any credit card payment which cannot be authorized for any reason may result in a cancellation of the booking.
Change of Existing Reservations
If you need to change an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.
If you inform us about a change of your booking more than 93 days before arrival, a fee of ZAR 250 will apply. If your e-mail reaches us less than 93 days before arrival, any alterations will be treated as a complete cancellation with a following new booking.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an existing reservation please send an e-mail to Blue Travel as soon as possible.

Any cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing (fax, letter, e-mail) through Blue Travel. This reconfirmation will include the date and time we have received the cancellation and the fees involved. Your credit card will be used to both debit or credit the final amounts.
Cancellation Fees:
- Until Blue Travel has received your final acceptance on the booking (no more than 7 days from initial booking): No charge.
- Until 48 days before arrival 10% of the total amount.
- Until 24 days before arrival 30% of the total amount.
- Cancellations received within 24 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of the entire amount.
- No Show 100% (total amount).
Cancellation fees are levied only if damages are incurred by Sabi Sabi as a result of the cancellation. Should accommodation be resold, cancellation fees will be refunded less a 10% handling fee.
