Ellerman Villa Rates exclude:
• Lunch and dinner • Invited guests' meals and drinks • Cellar Wines and Champagne • Telephone calls and fax transmissions.
- A deposit of 20% will secure the reservation. Deposits made to guarantee reservations are non-refundable. The full balance of accommodation is payable six weeks prior to date of guests arrival.
- Cancellations made within 33 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation payable. Cancellations made within 10 days of date of arrival, the full accommodation account is payable.
- In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
